Let us be Part of the Solution

Civil Litigation Law Firms

The aligned firms of Richards Furth P.C. and The Richards Law Firm have resolved the legal problems of hundreds of clients facing a broad range of legal issues. We believe we can make a difference, both for our clients and for society, by achieving solutions to our client's problems.

We represent individuals that have been harmed by corporations or their employers. We have successfully fought the best and brightest from the largest defense firms in the country and won. If you or a loved one has been injured from medical malpractice, from product liability, from negligent or incompetent medical treatment or from nursing home abuse, we can help. If you are the victim of workplace discrimination or sexual harassment or face serious construction defects in your home, we can help. Cases we have handled include:

  • We obtained certification in one of the largest employment class actions, Savaglio v. Wal-Mart Stores and, represented approximately 171,000 individuals against Wal-Mart for wage and hour violations. The case went trial and resulted in a $172 million verdict for the plaintiffs.
  • In an elder abuse case, an insurance agent sold a $4,000 crypt to our elderly client with insurance and interest that brought the total cost to over $25,000. We succeeded in winning our client's total purchase price back for her.
  • In a sexual harassment claim, a client obtained a $300,000.

Our team has greater than 20 years legal experience and is skilled across a broad variety of practice areas. We have handled smaller cases and cases involving thousands of parties and millions of dollars.
