We obtained certification in one of the largest employment class actions, Savaglio v. Wal-Mart Stores and, represented approximately 171,000 individuals against Wal-Mart for wage and hour violations. The case went trial and resulted in a $172 million verdict for the plaintiffs.

In an elder abuse case, an insurance agent sold a $4,000 crypt to our elderly client with insurance and interest that brought the total cost to over $25,000. We succeeded in winning our client's total purchase price back for her.

In a sexual harassment claim, a client obtained a $300,000.

In a construction defect case, the firm won a judgment against a contractor for building a defective rock wall prior to trial and received sanctions against a well known defense firm.

In construction defect case, the firm successfully represented retired Navy veteran against aggressive general contractor that sued Navy Vet for breach of contract and punitive damages arising out of failed construction project. The contractor was attempting to bankrupt the Vet and take his home. The firm won summary judgment resulting in the court ruling that contractor's case was dismissed. In addition, the firm counter sued the general contractor and obtained an award of $49,844.00 for the Navy Vet.

Successfully represented an individual against wealth doctor that defamed client at hospital in act of retaliation. The client was so excited about the result obtained, she donated part of her settlement proceeds to a local charity. Read the letter [PDF].
