In construction defect case, the firm successfully represented retired Navy veteran against aggressive general contractor that sued Navy Vet for breach of contract and punitive damages arising out of failed construction project. The contractor was attempting to bankrupt the Vet and take his home. The firm won summary judgment resulting in the court ruling that contractor's case was dismissed. In addition, the firm counter sued the general contractor and obtained an award of $49,844.00 for the Navy Vet.
